These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the drive7 website (drive7.space) and your purchase of drive7 services. drive7 is operated by 7Dots Space Company ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website, submitting a quote request, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
drive7 provides lead generation and marketing systems for automobile dealerships, including:
- Core Package (₹1,30,000 + GST): lead generation campaigns, team-on-camera reels, WhatsApp/DM automation setup and monthly reporting, as described on our Pricing page.
- Add-ons: Google Business Profile setup (₹3,700), Landing Page + Google Ads management (₹25,000), and WhatsApp Automation (₹25,000), each as described at the time of purchase.
The exact scope for your engagement is defined in the estimate, quote or invoice issued to you through Zoho Books. Where that document and these Terms differ, the issued estimate/invoice prevails for scope and pricing.
2. Quotes, Estimates & Acceptance
- Submitting the "Get a Quote" form creates an estimate in our billing system. An estimate is an offer, not a contract; work begins only after payment or written confirmation.
- Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are added at invoicing.
- Promotional or discounted pricing (for example, launch offers) is valid only for the period and conditions stated alongside the offer.
3. Payments
3.1 Payment processing
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials on our servers. By paying online you also agree to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy.
3.2 Invoicing
A tax invoice is generated through Zoho Books and emailed to the address you provide after your payment is verified. Payment verification happens automatically via Razorpay's payment confirmation.
3.3 Failed or pending payments
If your payment fails or remains pending, no service obligation arises. If an amount is debited but the payment is not captured, Razorpay/your bank will auto-reverse it per their timelines (typically 5–7 business days).
3.4 Pricing errors
If an invoice or checkout displays an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
4. Refunds & Cancellation
Because our work involves allocated team time and ad-account setup from day one, refunds are limited as set out below.
- Before work starts: you may cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund, provided onboarding or production has not begun.
- After work has started (onboarding call completed, shoot scheduled, accounts set up, or creatives in production): payments are non-refundable, as costs are already incurred.
- Add-ons already delivered (e.g. a completed Google Business Profile setup) are non-refundable in all cases.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.
- To request a cancellation or refund, email hello@7dots.space with your invoice number.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, contact and billing information (including GSTIN where applicable).
- Provide timely access to showroom, team members, ad accounts and brand assets needed to deliver the services.
- Ensure that offers, prices and claims you ask us to advertise comply with applicable law and manufacturer/dealer guidelines.
- Ad-spend budgets paid to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) are separate from our service fees unless expressly included in writing.
6. Results Disclaimer
Lead volumes, cost-per-lead and conversion figures shown on this website or in case studies reflect past client results and our targets — they are not a guarantee of identical outcomes. Actual results depend on your market, inventory, pricing, team follow-up and ad budget.
7. Intellectual Property
- Reels, landing pages and creatives we produce for you are licensed to your dealership for unlimited use while your engagement is active, and for your own marketing thereafter.
- Our systems, templates, automation frameworks and website content remain the property of 7Dots Space Company.
- You grant us the right to use your brand name, logo and delivered creatives in our portfolio and case studies unless you opt out in writing.
8. WhatsApp & Third-Party Platforms
WhatsApp automation, Google Ads, Meta and similar services operate under the terms of their respective platforms. Account restrictions, policy changes or bans imposed by those platforms are outside our control; we will assist with resolution but are not liable for platform decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or platform-imposed penalties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version; continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance.
