This Privacy Policy explains what information 7Dots Space Company ("drive7", "we", "us") collects through drive7.space, our quote and checkout forms, and our services — and how we use, store and protect it.

We never see or store your card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords. Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay over their secure, PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
When you pay online, your payment details are collected and processed by Razorpay under their own privacy policy. We receive from Razorpay only a payment reference ID, the amount, the payment method type and the status — never full card or bank credentials. We use this to confirm your payment, issue your invoice, and process any approved refund to the original payment method.
Each processor handles data under its own privacy terms. We share only the minimum data required for the service to function.
Invoices, payment records and contact details are retained as required by Indian tax and accounting law (generally 8 years for financial records). Enquiry data that does not lead to a business relationship is retained for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to business systems to authorised team members, and rely on the security controls of our processors (Razorpay, Zoho). No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data.

We use the Zoho SalesIQ widget, which may set cookies to identify returning visitors and operate the chat. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this website. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the chat widget may not function without them.
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
